As Group Financial Manager at Damstahl, you will enter a development and optimization role where you will help transform and streamline Damstahl’s finance function across the Group with a view to increased automation and digitalization of business and workflows.
- Preparation and follow-up of monthly and quarterly financial statements for all Damstahl companies in the Nordic region as well as consolidation of the Damstahl Group
- Annual financial statements for all Damstahl companies in the Nordic region as well as annual financial statements for the parent company
- Optimization and planning of, and coordination of, the annual budget process for all companies in the group
- Reporting and comments/explanations on financial statements
- Daily, operational contact with banks, auditors and insurance companies
- Develop and maintain internal control systems
- Financial controlling
- To thrive in the role, you will come with a well-tested toolbox within accounting and finance as well as several years of experience from a similar position with a focus on management, development and digitalization of the finance function. You have experience from a Group function or have worked in a subsidiary against a parent group in an international set-up. D365FO and Power BI experience is an advantage.
- You have solid leadership skills and a well-documented ability to create high-performing teams, including leading, involving and motivating, as well as creating a positive work culture and ensuring that everyone works towards common goals.
- As a person, you are a strong analyst with an eye for detail. You are proactive and solution-oriented, and you thrive on the alternation between strategic objectives and operational activities in a dynamic and international environment.
