You will be supervising and interacting directly with all SSC functions like RTR, PTP, OTC, FP&A, and Service Delivery.

The job will also entail frequent interactions and collaboration with the finance leadership team and regional and cluster functional heads.

Operational Excellence

  • This role will lead the end-to-end responsibility of the Service Center in ensuring high quality service delivery that satisfy the SLAs and meet productivity, efficiency and key performance indicator (KPI) targets
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Leads, and processing team by regularly communicating expectations, ensuring that the Center’s performance goals are clearly presented and understood, business outcomes are prioritized and attained.
  • Provide operational support and guidance to ensure that each team has all of the necessary tools, competencies and training to meet the targets.
  • Assign and delegate work to team members by managing daily workflow of team, adjusting assignments as needed to cover fluctuations in volume, employee absences, and other changes as they occur.
  • Manage issue escalations, day-to-day issue resolution (standard and complex), and development and monitoring of any action plans needed.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Shared Services operations aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Talent Management:

  • Lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure the team’s growth and engagement.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, business unit heads, and global counterparts to understand business needs, deliver effective solutions and re-design processes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive initiatives to streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance service delivery through innovation and technology.

Risk and Compliance:

  • Ensure strict adherence to ICFR and other control requirements, data security standards, and company policies within the operations.
  • 10-15 years of overall experience, out of which 5 years of experience in managing teams in a Multi Process Shared Service Center environment.
  • Experience within a progressive Global Business Services / GCC / business services operating model is preferred.
  • Experience building internal shared services that delivered global business services is preferred.
  • Problem solving skills and Lean Six Sigma skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managed & completed transformation and digitalization projects.
  • Able to make effective business decisions in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
  • Understanding of business drivers, systems and processes, including root cause analysis.
  • Education: Chartered Accountant
