With close to 100 hires this last year, increase their size to 3x this you will now lead the technology shared services evolution including:
- Rapid change programmes
- Cloud/Support teams
- PMO, Shared Services + Change
- CRM/BI/Workflow Management
- Systems maturity/evolution to meet scale
- Lead the cybersecurity posture + ISO standards
- Oversee Systems Dev + Architecture + AI adoption
- Procurement, Suppliers, Capacity, Portfolio Management
- Board level reporting
Ideally based Belfast, but with other options of Glasgow and Manchester considered, you will already be working in a fast paced change led, tech shared services model in a highly regulated FS sector or Fintech business.
You will understand what it needs to bring the teams to a modern technology led culture, and be able to lead and control the journey as things scale even further with PE investment.
