In the role of Manager Finance & Control you act as a sparring partner for the CFO with regard to financial issues and (financial) policy.

• management and development of the Finance & Control team;
• periodic (consolidated) reporting;
• coordination of the annual budgeting process in collaboration with the BU Controllers (4);
• optimizing and digitizing (management) reports;
• taxes and treasury;
• professionalization and integration of financial shared service center.

• A completed university degree in Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy;
• RA title is a must;
• You have a solid foundation gained at a larger accounting firm (preferably with a focus on the mid-market);
• You have also gained several years of work experience within an international, medium-sized organization, for example as a (Group) Financial Controller or Finance Manager and are ready for the next step;
• You can independently make improvements and structure to the deliverables;
• You have knowledge of taxation, transfer pricing, legislation, policy and implementation;
• Experience with centralizing the finance function is an advantage;
• You have leadership skills and experience in managing and motivating employees;
• You are prepared to develop yourself to a higher professional level over the next three years through a development trajectory (preparing for CFO level);
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
