The Senior Reward Manager will be responsible for leading the reward strategy and ensuring that it aligns with Lane Crawford’s objectives of attracting, retaining, engaging, and motivating talent. This role will lead a team of compensation and benefits professionals as well as oversee HR shared services and operations. The scope of operations includes our core Lane Crawford business, as well as Joyce and Lab Concept.
- Design and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure the overall competitiveness of the Company in Hong Kong.
- Design, review and communicate compensation and benefits policies.
- Lead and coordinate key annual HR processes such as annual salary review, annual bonus pay-out, internal grading and benchmarking, health benefits, staff cost budgeting and forecasting, retail commissions and other reward related activities.
- Build a high-performing HR Shared Services team that drives operational performance and service excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and support to internal customers.
- Provide advice and guidance to HR team members and line managers on the interpretation and application of reward packages and programs.
- Evaluate HR processes and collaborate with other team members to streamline, standardize, and automate processes for work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, statistics, mathematics or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial role
- Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, trends and regulations, ideally with some experience within the retail sector
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions, and excellent attention to details
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
