Publicis Sapient is looking looking for an experienced Director of HRIS Consultant to lead our HRIS strategy and operations. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our HRIS platform, ensuring that it aligns with our organizational goals and enhances HR processes. You will lead a team of HRIS professionals and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization. Implementation experience of AI projects is a MUST.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the HRIS strategy in alignment with the overall HR and organizational goals. Identify trends and innovations in HR technology.
- HRIS Management: Work with stakeholders to identify key system requirements; work with technical team for prioritization, design and implement deliverables including enhancements, and integrations. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Program/ Project Management skill
- Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance protocols to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of HRIS professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on HRIS initiatives.
- Skilled in partnering with leadership teams towards people centric experiences as part of HRIS strategy
- Innovation Mindset and Future Strategic design orientation
- Change Management experience of large-scale org integrations / system revamp.
- User Training & Support: Oversee the training and support of HR staff and end-users. Ensure that user manuals and resources are up to date and accessible.
Your Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Good to have Information Technology certification; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years (for Director) of experience in HRIS management, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Must have knowledge of HRIS software – SAP SuccessFactors (Workday, Oracle nice to have) and related technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance regulations, and data privacy standards.
