DP World, a leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, is searching for a dynamic HR Director to oversee our operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei. - Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with DP World’s business goals for Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts and ensure a strong pipeline for leadership and operational roles.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and continuous development of high-potential employees.
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and innovation, enhancing employee engagement and workplace experience.
- Implement and manage performance management systems, guiding managers on feedback and employee growth.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and market competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations, and lead employee relations to resolve conflicts fairly.
- Optimize HR operations, streamline processes, and leverage technology for efficiency.
- Use HR analytics to inform decisions and report on workforce trends, talent acquisition, and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in managing HR functions across multiple countries, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing HR teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of aligning HR strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to solve complex HR issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS), data analytics, and digital tools to enhance HR operations and decision-making.
