Reporting into our CEO, the General Manager of Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in leading and enhancing the end-to-end logistics operations with a focus on developing team capabilities with their dynamic and people-centric leadership. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be passionate to lead supply chain and drive key initiatives by positively contributing to the overall business success through a strategic, safety-focused and operational lens.

• Responsible for all warehousing operations across all Business units including Menora Foods, Black Swan, and nudie Finished Goods.
• Responsible for the Logistics and distribution function nationally.
• Provide Leadership to supply chain team to increase engagement, productivity, and efficiency.
• Lead with a safety-first mindset, focusing on best practice standards across all sites.
• Participate in business leadership teams and strategic and business planning by contributing an overall warehouse and logistics perspective.
• Coach and mentor direct reports and other key warehouse & transport team members as required
• Effective partnerships with shared services with a continuous improvement objective.
• Act as a key member of the Business Integration (S&OP) process at all Business units.
• Oversee inventory management process, optimizing stock levels, waste reduction and delivery in full to all customers.
• Implement continuous improvement mindset across supply chain and mitigate supply chain risks.

• Seasoned experience in managing FMCG warehousing, distribution, and/or supply chain across multiple sites
• Experience in developing high-performing teams within FMCG through coaching and mentoring
• Strong analytical and dynamic problem-solving skills to optimise supply chain operations
• Experience in managing supplier relationships & negotiations; experience with executing a tender process; commercial acumen; knowledge across multiple distribution networks; extensive warehousing operations experience
• Personal characteristics – ability to be flexible, resilient and adaptable in a changing environment, articulate with clear communication skills, build productive commercial relationships, influencing skills, exceptional time management and organisational skills.
• Be prepared to travel domestically as required.
