- Responsibility for helping to shape the transformation of the HR core systems (especially SAP S/4HANA and Oracle HCM) as well as for the migration of existing IT structures to a new target landscape
- Management of cross-organizational projects in the areas of business case calculation, project organization, implementation, change management and project reporting
- Advice and support for specialist departments
- Strategic development in terms of profitability, efficiency and quality
- sparring partner for group, department and management
- contact and source of ideas for the use of new technologies
- Active design of the transformation strategy
Your professional background:
- University degree in (business) information technology or business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in IT, consulting and/or HR environment
- Many years of project management experience in medium or large projects, ideally as a project manager or workstream lead of cross-process and cross-departmental projects relating to HR systems or in the environment of a shared services center
- Very high IT affinity, ideally with comprehensive knowledge and experience in cloud solutions, system integration, interfaces, APIs
- Explicit knowledge and experience with the HR systems SAP S/4HANA and Oracle HCM
- Knowledge and experience in the field of digitalization and the corresponding technologies used (e.g. RPA, NLP, OCR, BPM, etc.)
- Project management certification(s) (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL)
