Our client in the technology sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for their Tokyo office. This key role involves overseeing financial management, engaging with stakeholders, and leading a dedicated finance team.

• Lead the finance team in recruitment, performance management, and career growth.
• Manage Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes for smooth operations.
• Work with the Finance and Accounting Hub to handle transactions and solve issues efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with policies and accounting standards across all activities.

• At least 8 years in accounting or financial analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong accounting background, with preferred qualifications like JPGAAP CPA, ACA, or ACCA.
• Experience in financial services, tax, and treasury within multinational and shared service settings.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, with strong skills in managing stakeholders.
