For our Corperate Business Services department we are looking for a Global Process Owner (GPO) (m/f/d) Order-to-Cash (O2C), with a focus on finance processes in the first place.

Your role focuses on the end-to-end financial processes related to invoicing and cash management. The GPO O2C is responsible for standardizing and optimizing processes mainly within Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring efficient cash flow and accurate financial records.

  • Standardize and manage end-to-end financial processes, audit workflows to identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with regional finance and procurement teams to design processes aligned with organizational and local goals
  • Implement and monitor processes to ensure scalability, agility, and alignment with the organization’s vision, while fostering continuous improvement through best practice re-evaluation
  • Collaborate with regional teams, IT, and corporate experts to design, implement, and monitor scalable processes, incorporating automation, digital tools, and innovative technologies
  • Define, standardize, and integrate KPIs with finance leaders, provide training, and regularly assess their relevance and impact in evolving business contexts
  • Design and document policies for Order/Invoice-to-Cash processes, IT systems, and KPI reporting, ensuring compliance with regional and international regulations, and partner with auditors for regular reviews
  • Build a community of local process owners for optimization and best practice exchange, and engage with stakeholders to ensure processes meet organizational needs
  • Introduce innovative technologies to drive efficiency and maintain formal documentation to ensure consistency and standardization across the organization
  • Successfully completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, ideally with a focus in the field of finance and accounting
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Experience within complex, international organizations
  • Experience in introducing, implementing, and governing global processes
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with a shared service center
  • Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
