Lead and develop competent finance shared services center and FP&A team to ensure accuracy of financial statements and reporting.

Act as a business partner with country head to drive productivity & profitability with risk & opportunity of the country.

Finance Shared Services Centre:

• Lead and develop shared services centre on finance function
• Establish inhouse expertise in Treasury, Accounting, Taxation, Local Reporting and Internal Controls mechanism for BD operations based on BD regulatory framework and Corporate Requirements
• Act as an interface between the SSC and all stakeholders in BD and in Corporate Offices

Business Partner & Analytics:

• Partner with country head to drive productivity and profitability·
• Lead FP&A team to perform costing analysis, strategic planning and budgeting, financial modeling
• Consolidate management reporting on country level and present to top management

Project Support:

• Support ad hoc projects as assigned

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Qualified Accountant
• Skills Required: Certified Accountants

Experience Requirements

• At least 15 year(s)
