Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Finance and Accounting Delivery
The Senior Operations Leader is responsible for end-to-end client service delivery and P&L for a portfolio of clients globally. In this role, you would be working closely with clients CXOs and process owners, Genpact operating teams, and global relationship managers for key accounts to achieve the operational and transformation goals and objectives.
- Responsible for the delivery of business process management services by the teams in the allocated portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction, contractual results, and increased revenue through client up-sell
- Collaborate with senior management as it relates to business growth, strategy, and operational planning.
- Take a lead and work with digital teams to introduce breakthrough technology solutions (Eg: RPA) into existing operations.
- Lead global operations to achieve/exceed P&L expectations.
- Ability to lead large team across multiple locations & be able to assimilate & encourage cultural diversity.
- Lead knowledge design, implementation & support for complex domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a reciprocal manner.
- Collaborate for new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization.
- Be responsible for implementing new technologies in operations and display executive presence.
- Be a senior partner concern point for resolving customer & internal issues.
- Maintain & grow excellent customer relations – focus on improving NPS.
- Is involved in the growth and development of future company leaders through own leadership example, coaching & mentoring
- Bring in external perspectives and evolving practices in operational processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant years’ progressive management and leadership of strategic projects and implementation teams.
- Previous experience in a Shared Services environment, multicultural experience in diverse teams is an advantage
- People Management – proven experience in leading large teams (500+ people)
Preferred qualifications / Skills
- Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Measurable experience in leading and growing profitable satisfied accounts and/or significant account management experience.
- Ability to coordinate management teams in own portfolio and across the organization to achieve the performance goals agreed with the customer
- Demonstrate working knowledge of lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with an outstanding attention to detail.
- Solid and diverse knowledge and expertise on the field of activity, intellectual agility, focused on results
