As a Global Business Services (GBS) Environmental, Social, and Governance(ESG) Reporting Lead, you should have strong understanding of International Standards e.g. GHG Protocol. This role is assigned to our Finance function within Global Business Services.

• Tracking and reporting greenhouse gas emissions data for the organization.
• Ensuring compliance with emissions accounting standards.
• Analyzing emissions data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather emissions data from various sources.
• Providing support for sustainability initiatives and emissions reduction strategies.
• Conducting reviews of emissions data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Staying informed about changes in emissions accounting standards and best practices.
• Communicating with stakeholders, including auditors, on emissions accounting matters.
• Support ESG Reporting Director for data related to investor requirements, rating agencies and NGOs.
• Monitoring and reporting on the company’s progress towards ESG goals and targets.
• Participating in external audits and reviews of emissions data as needed.

• ESG auditing or reporting background with strong communication and analytical skills
• Candidate should be proficient in analyzing and handling ESG Data and drawing interpretations from such data
• Should be comfortable with cross functional collaboration for data collection, clarifications and interpretation
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex data interpretations to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Should have knowledge of ESG related regulatory frameworks and reporting frameworks
• Should have a solid knowledge of ESG related issues and emerging discussions in relation to ESG topics
