As Head of Business Controlling, you will not only lead the team of Business Controllers and Data Analysts, but you will also actively collaborate with our Brand and Functional Leaders to drive performance, optimize processes and influence key business decisions.

• Intensive collaboration with the international finance organization of ManpowerGroup. In collaboration with the Business Control team, you coordinate the financial processes and business reporting within Manpower Group ;
• Management of the Business Control and Data Analytics team: you coordinate the work and coach and guide the team members in their personal development;
• Preparation, coordination and consolidation of financial strategic plans, analyses, forecasts and monthly reports: you are responsible for the coordination of controlling activities, you ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analyses in collaboration with your team and the FP&A shared services center and you know the story behind the figures that form the basis for strategic decision-making;
• Stakeholder management: you have a strong relationship with the Brand Leaders within ManpowerGroup and help them understand complex financial data and information;
• Structurally and methodically promoting and monitoring process improvements within the domain of the finance organization, in management of the Business Control team.

• Educational background in finance, e.g. Business Economics, Accountancy or MBA;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and controlling roles;
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Finance Business partnering and controlling roles;
• Experience with an international corporate organization is a requirement;
• Experience within a finance organization in which a shared service center or an outsource partner is integrated is an advantage;
• Skills: team management, process improvement mindset with strong analytical skills, you are able to combine strong financial knowledge with commercial business insights and have an excellent command of Dutch and English.
