The Shared Service Delivery (SSD) division is responsible for service design, service development and the provision of all end-user, data center & cloud infrastructure as well as communication services in the BWI service portfolio.
- Taking on specialist tasks in the Service Tower Mobility including managing the further development of the services responsible across the entire service chain
- Coordination of the technically assigned service package owners with a focus on new and further development of the assigned services
- Responsibility for the efficient and smooth interaction of all services in the service chain within the framework of service development
- (Further) development of the strategy for the technical orientation of the main department including derivation for the service packages with the involvement of the management level
- Assumption of end-to-end service management responsibility for the further development of the service and module architecture of the assigned service packages
- Representation of the main department in the BWI and Bundeswehr committees as specialist responsible for the assigned main department
- Completed studies in the IT environment or a comparable training
- Approximately 8 years of relevant professional experience and several years of professional management experience
- Several years of experience in mobile end-to-end solutions (e.g. smartphones, tablets, applications, 4G/5G6G networks; Android/ iOS, VS-NfD solutions, EMM systems)
- Knowledge of ITIL, IT management and agile methods (Serum, Kanban, etc.) as well as experience and expertise in the provision and further development of IT services
- Resilience, high motivation to perform, self-confident and present demeanor as well as strong team, communication and motivation skills including social competence
- Fluent German skills, both written and spoken
