Responsible for coordinating, conducting and documenting financial analysis projects in addition to analyzing and forecasting data accurate and timely for strategic and operational decisions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the planning and budgeting systems.
- Analyze data, prepare complex forecasts and reports.
- Conduct analysis and interpretation of potential investments, acquisitions and/or divestitures.
- Present financial findings and specific recommendations to management.
- Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure the team resources are used effectively and work schedules and target are timely met.
- Respond to complex, escalated inquiries and ensure financial planning and analysis projects are conducted credibly.
- Job scope: Position impacts multiple business units/segments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field; or a combination of post high school and experience equal to nine (9) years.
- CPA/MBA preferred.
Experience
- 5 – 7 years of experience operating in an accounting arenas combined with 2 years related managerial experience.
Technical Proficiency
- Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint with demonstrated project management skills and familiar with current financial management software.

- Knowledge of the concepts, principles and practices of accounting, budgeting and cost control procedures.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply the concepts, principles and practices of change management.
Working Conditions
- Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
FLSA Status
- The position is Exempt.
- May require the ability to work overtime to meet required deadlines.
