A prestigious shared service center in the financial sector based in Porto (hybrid regime) is currently looking for a visionary leader to take on the role of Order-to-Cash Global Business Process Manager. In this key position, you will drive innovation, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in a dynamic and international environment.
- Head the global Order-to-Cash business process team, ensuring seamless design, rollout, and adherence to core global ERP processes;
- Redesign and improve O2C processes to simplify workflows for end users while staying updated on the latest automation and efficiency technologies;
- Champion change management initiatives, collaborating with global teams and aligning diverse stakeholders to a unified vision;
- Own the O2C end-to-end processes, core documentation, and training materials while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
- Partner with finance, operations, and IT teams worldwide to deliver consistent, high-quality results in an international setting;
- Monitor and measure process performance, address gaps, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- A minimum of 8/10 years in finance, with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, ERP implementation, and shared services environments;
- Proven track record in process design, mapping, and optimization;
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, MS Dynamics 365, and advanced Microsoft Office tools;
- Familiarity with accounting standards and certifications like Hackett Green Belt is a plus;
- A proactive mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving;
- Exceptional ability to manage teams, engage senior stakeholders, and lead large-scale transformation projects;
- Comfortable working in a diverse, international environment, respecting cultural nuances and time zones;
- Fluency in English is essential; Additional languages (Spanish, French,) are a bonus;
- Open to short travel assignments to support project goals.
