• Further development of the target operating model in finance together with the management team in Accounting & Tax, Controlling and Treasury
• Further development of financial processes in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, primarily through standardization and automation as well as bundling processes at Group, country or shared service center level
• Creating and maintaining the process map of financial processes and identifying potential for improvement
• Development and implementation responsibility for the project portfolio
• Implementation responsibility for finance transformation, for example when transferring processes from local units to the shared service center or automation initiatives

• At least 5 years of management experience in controlling or accounting or a leading position in a management consultancy/audit firm
• Experience in process definition and documentation, fit-gap analysis, as well as experience with finance transformation processes in the area of automation and shared service centers
• Good understanding of end-to-end processes and interfaces to other areas and the internal control system
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP ECC FI/CO, or roll-out projects is an advantage
• High affinity for structures, communication and persuasion skills, self-confident appearance
• Excellent knowledge of English and German
