We’re creating a new Head of Digital Solutions role to lead our digital capabilities, to help us drive greater value from new and emerging technology and supporting our services to do more with less.

You’ll be at the heart of realising our new Digital, Data and Technology Strategy, acting as a subject matter expert for our key digital tools including Microsoft 365, the Power Platform and Granicus. You will take the lead in shaping our digital pipeline, identifying opportunities for the team to make an ever-greater impact and ensuring that we deliver savings, efficiencies and improved services.

Alongside day-to-day leadership and management, you will be an active member of the Extended Management Team and serve as a digital evangelist across the organisation.

Above all else we are looking for a proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering excellent digital solutions. You’ll ideally have an existing knowledge of our core digital tools (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Granicus) and how these can be used to transform both internal and externally facing services. It’s a non-technical role but we are looking someone that can help translate business requirements into technical solutions and support the team to really deliver.

You’ll need a degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related subject along with relevant accreditations and training. Aside from your experience and skills, we’re looking for self-motivated, dynamic professionals who can communicate well with our stakeholders.
