  • IT Supplying the entire group with the necessary IT infrastructure, operating two data centers, ensuring cyber security, data management, introducing new software systems.
  • Real estate and building management Contact in the areas of facility management, gardening and landscaping and managing event management. Maintenance, servicing and administration of the listed foundation building and other properties.
  • Human resources Advice and support for the group companies and organizations in all phases of the employee lifecycle and in all questions relating to the employment relationship, in particular personnel management, payroll accounting, personnel development and working time management.
  • Finance and accounting The position includes external accounting (annual financial statements) including ongoing accounting and internal accounting (controlling and quarterly financial statements).   • The position covers various specialist areas, so previous experience in each of these areas is valuable, but in any case sufficient knowledge of controlling/accounting is required.
  • Ideally, the candidate already has experience from a responsible position in a shared service center.
  • Since the direct service users are predominantly non-profit organizations, an understanding of this sector is important.
  • The task has a large span of management, so it is essential that the candidate has management experience and can lead and motivate employees in an appreciative manner.
  • In this position, the job holder will have interfaces with numerous areas of the foundation and the affiliated companies. In this respect, excellent communication skills and high social skills are required.
  • The shared service center is both a service provider and a competence center and guideline provider. In this field of tension, the managing director must find a good balance between the interests of the shared service center and the functioning of the overall organization.
  • Working in a family business requires trustworthiness, integrity, loyalty and discretion.
  • The candidate must have successfully completed a degree or an appropriate training, preferably in economics or law. A lawyer must have sound business knowledge.
