- Manage and implement HR Technology projects
- Partner with Group HRIS and internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help streamline and automate HR processes
- Translate user needs into clearly written technical requirements
- Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experiences with the system/automation
- Serve as country system administrator for HR systems and applications
- Manage user access by regular review to ensure the compliance with control policy and requirements.
- Experience in HR systems like Workday, Taleo
- 8 to 12 years of proven experience in driving technology in HR function
- Strong communicator and stakeholder management skills
