Our client is an established industrial multinational player and is seeking an HR Services Manager to be part of their Shared Services team to manage end-to-end on the full spectrum of Shared Services on a global scale.

  • Oversee full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and staff administration (e.g., confirmations, promotions, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Implement HR policies, systems, and talent management initiatives to align workforce management with company goals, driving operational improvements and organizational development.
  • Manage and track the annual HR budget, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure effective change management across HR processes.
  • Provide guidance to line managers on HR matters, support decision-making and performance management, and leverage government workforce initiatives to drive organizational growth.
  • A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Professional HR certifications such as IHRP, SHRM will be highly desired.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR Shared Services, with focus on Payroll
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of country-specific employment laws and regulations.
