Provision of efficient, high-quality delivery operations support to Otis India by Delivery on established SLA’s consistently.
- Understanding of various roles in the country and positioning in the organization – embrace internal customer service
- Organize roles and responsibilities into the centralized entity
- Organize the tasks by section and establish process
- Create process maturity assessment, quality delivery KPI and optimization roadmap
- Act with branches as their customers and create branch interactions framework :MFA, new request /process, job localization,…
- Interact with GBS organization for outsourcing roadmap, which shall be Multiyear journey
- Identify and implement Enablers: DT, Automation tools, …
Lateral interactions, role dependencies, handoffs
- Collaborate with leaders at various levels in the country
- Clear process definition with well articulated swim lanes, activities, “hard stops” etc.
- Recurring cadence and reporting
- GBS or other centralized services / entities including outsourcing
