Provision of efficient, high-quality delivery operations support to Otis India by Delivery on established SLA’s consistently.

 

  • Understanding of various roles in the country and positioning in the organization – embrace internal customer service
  • Organize roles and responsibilities into the centralized entity
  • Organize the tasks by section and establish process
  • Create process maturity assessment, quality delivery KPI and optimization roadmap
  • Act with branches as their customers and create branch interactions framework :MFA, new request /process, job localization,…
  • Interact with GBS organization for outsourcing roadmap, which shall be Multiyear journey
  • Identify and implement Enablers: DT, Automation tools, …

Lateral interactions, role dependencies, handoffs

  • Collaborate with leaders at various levels in the country
  • Clear process definition with well articulated swim lanes, activities, “hard stops” etc.
  • Recurring cadence and reporting
  • GBS or other centralized services / entities including outsourcing
