We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to lead the APAC Order to Cash (O2C) function. This person will be responsible for the overall service delivery of O2C processes (Cash application, collection and credit control), manage resource planning effectively and build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external). An experienced people leader who collaborate well with other functions (P2P, O2C, Service Management etc.) is vital for the success of this role.
- Manage and oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle from assessing customer risk to credit block, collection of receivables and cash receipt across APAC region.
- Lead and motivate a group of young and energetic team members. Evaluate and organize training needs to enhance theirskillset.
- Manage human resource planning, identifying the right talents for right position and performance reviews within the team.
- Drive process harmonization and standardization to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and engaging internal and external stakeholders’ relationship to achievement business objectives and operational improvements.
- Serve as a point of escalation and resolve issues for internal stakeholder and customers.
- Regular stakeholder meeting to highlight and address issues for resolution.
- Support SSC growth and ensure smooth projects and migration to share services.
- Deliver and accountable for meeting service deliveries as per service level agreement (SLA)
- Ensure compliance of internal and external audit and controls.
- Degree with Finance / Accounting; Qualification of ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent is preferred
- Min 8 years of professional experience & 5+ years of working experience of industry or shared services experience required
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a medium size team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in knowledge and use of ERP (SAP is a plus) office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (e.g. presentation, listening, report writing)
- Experience in O2C and shared services is a plus.
