Human Resources Shared Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR systems administration, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
This role acts as a key partner in driving HR process improvements, maintaining high standards in service delivery, and supporting a positive employee experience across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR policies, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR process automation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
