We are seeking an experienced Head of People Operations and Services to lead our global People Operations team, with team members in Germany and Romania. Having experienced substantial growth over the past years and implemented new systems, our objective is to scale our systems, processes, and people capabilities to match our expanding footprint.

• Responsible for driving the global People Operations strategy and leading a dedicated team of five, optimizing resources and operational capabilities to deliver world-class services
• Enhance process excellence and data-driven decision making by advancing our HR policies and systems, leveraging AI and automation, and focusing on improving documentation and self-service capabilities to empower our team and stakeholders.
• Oversee operational aspects such as employment processing, personnel administration, and preparatory payroll activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
• Foster strong relationships with HR/People function stakeholders to align People Operations practices with broader organizational goals and support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

• Extensive experience in global HR operations with a focus on shared services and process optimization
• Proven track record in leading HR Operations teams and successfully executing HR Operations strategies across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements, including labor and compliance law expertise
• Experience with HR audits such as ISO and SOC II compliance
• Excellent communicator with advanced English skills and the ability to influence senior management
• Familiarity with HR information systems and tools such as HiBob, Greenhouse, Jira, and the application of AI in HR processes
• Must posses leadership experience and a proven background in building, developing and enhancing HR teams.
