We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Manager for our HR Shared Services team, HRAnswers, responsible for overseeing operations and strategic transformation across both the EMEA and APAC regions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent and excellent HR support services to our global workforce, fostering a positive employee experience, and driving process improvements. This key role requires exceptional cross-functional collaboration with both EMEA and APAC leaders, strong people management skills, and a deep understanding of HR operations in diverse international contexts. Your strategic mindset, passion for leading others, and in-depth understanding of regional HR practices will be essential to successfully deliver excellence in HRAnswers.

Regional Leadership:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR Shared Services teams in the EMEA and APAC regions and help them build and grow their careers.
  • Oversee the delivery of HR services, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with local and regional HR leaders to align shared services strategies with overall HR and organizational objectives.
  • Manage the day to day HR operational service activities with customer satisfaction, escalations, and turn around times

Operational Excellence:

  • Analyze and coach key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR shared services operations.
  • Prepare and present to senior leadership, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures across regions to optimize HR service delivery.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance the quality and effectiveness of HR services.

Employee Experience:

  • Champion a positive employee experience by ensuring responsive, accurate, and timely resolution of employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR self-service tools and resources.
  • Identify trends and insights from employee interactions to inform HR programs and policies.

People Management:

  • Lead, and develop a team of HR Advisors across different geographic locations.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to promote a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes innovation.

Change Management and Projects:

  • Lead team in a time of transformation; ability to establish a clear and compelling vision to support change agility.
  • Champion change initiatives and projects related to HR processes, systems, and policies, ensuring smooth transitions and the adoption of new practices across the regions

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Regional HR Directors, and local leaders to ensure alignment of HR initiatives and strategies across regions. Act as a point of contact for complex HR issues and escalations.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align shared services initiatives accordingly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing shared services functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations in both the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Proven track record in effectively managing geographically dispersed teams and driving high performance.
  • Change management expertise, with the ability to lead and guide teams through organizational transformations.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiencies and process improvements within a complex, multinational organization.
  • Exceptional people management and leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Effective project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and technology platforms.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the EMEA and APAC regions a strong plus
