We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as Director Global HR Project Management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the seamless execution of this critical project, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and timely delivery of key milestones. Reporting directly to the Global HR VP of Operations, you will collaborate with regional HR leaders, IT, and functional teams to drive success in this transformative effort.

  • Lead the rollout of the Global HR Shared Service model across three regional hubs, transitioning work using a “lift and transform” approach
  • Direct and coordinate project teams, collaborating with global workstream leaders to achieve milestones on time
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and timely issue resolution
  • Provide regular progress updates to leadership, including tracking and reporting on project performance metrics
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support communication, training, and employee engagement during transitions
  • Oversee and manage the project budget, addressing variances to maintain financial integrity and alignment with objectives
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies while proactively mitigating risks to project success
  • Organize and lead steering committee meetings, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and stakeholder alignment
  • University degree in economics, engineering, science, or a related field of study
  • 10+ years of proven experience in project management, including leading large-scale, global HR or shared service deployment projects
  • Strong expertise in managing multi-site, cross-cultural projects across diverse regions such as Europe, Americas, and Asia
  • Exceptional adaptability to navigate cultural differences, rapidly changing environments, and evolving project priorities
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex, global teams effectively
  • Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management framework
  • Proficient in English, with a demonstrated ability to convey ideas clearly and foster collaboration across diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with HR systems and technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors) is highly desirable
