The Synergy Programme comprises of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), Department for Work and Pensions, Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Home Office.
- Leading MoJ work to inform the development of a second full business case for the Synergy programme (expected summer 2025) securing appropriate sign-off.
- Leading work to ensure an effective engagement on and coordination of the MoJ Spending Review bid.
- Leading the overall approach to business change, working through the senior leads in MoJ and its family.
- Leading effective delivery of a plan of readiness for MoJ (people, technology, operational, policy).
- Building strong engagement across government to deliver the programme (Synergy departments, Cabinet Office, Treasury etc).
- Leading effective supplier management with world class vendors, implementation and change partners.
- Working with Senior MoJ leaders to identify, deliver and track benefits including ensuring the business case reduces running costs and achieves best value for money.
- Building a high performing, inclusive and multi-disciplinary programme team. Promoting diversity and inspiring a sense of pride and identity.

- individuals with limited leave to remain or indefinite leave to remain who were eligible to apply for EUSS on or before 31 December 2020
- Turkish nationals, and certain family members of Turkish nationals, who have accrued the right to work in the Civil Service
