The Compliance & Controlling Manager position within the company’s Global Business Services requires a professional with experience, outstanding interpersonal skills and customer orientation. The main objective is to guarantee the integrity of accounting information through the registration, verification, consolidation and entry of transactions, linked to the Budgeting and Auditing area.
Budget And Analytics Main Responsibilities
- GBS Budget: Annual planning and monthly forecasting reporting to US (Financial & HC).
- Responsible to monthly and annual budget.
- Review of all GBS expenses
- Cost provision and approval
- Review of HC reports, monthly meetings, attritions, backfills, open position, time of open position.
- Risk and opportunities monthly analysis
- Salary analysis (adjustments, variation).
- Review FX, inflation, new projects, expenses. Prepare bridges, reconciliations, and explanations.
- Recharges: Having visibility about projects to perform recharges and get approvals. Monthly process.
- AIP / MIP / PIP bonus analysis.
- Monthly Global Metrics / KPI
- Cash Flow analysis
- Monthly HFM reporting, Capex reporting, Lease reporting
- Statutory compliance of the legal entity including tax filings monthly and annual – Income Tax, GST & Transfer pricing, RBI reporting’s, Company law compliance.
- Any other local compliance
- Support other teams with budget topics
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with local statutory reporting requirements
- High proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups, etc)
Preferred
- Experience in EPM
- Previous experience in Shared Services
