The HR Shared Services Specialist will support HR operations through budgeting, data analysis, payroll inputs, employee life cycle management, and HR automation. This role ensures efficient HR processes, accurate data reporting, and strategic insights for HR decision-making.
- HR Budgeting & Financial Support: lead HR budgeting, track expenses, and collaborate with finance on forecasts and reporting.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse key HR metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- HR Automation & Technology: Support HR automation tools, optimize HR systems, and recommend technology improvements.
- Employee Life Cycle: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance, and offboarding processes and manage employee helpdesk.
- Payroll Inputs & Compliance: Provide payroll inputs, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist with audits.
- Dashboards & Reporting: Create and maintain HR dashboards for real-time reporting and decision-making.
- Team handling – handle team of 5-6 people.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in HR, finance, or shared services, with knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Proficient in HRIS, Excel, data analysis, and report creation.
- Understanding of payroll processes and HR budgeting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
