As part of our Finance Transformation team, you will help companies make their finance department an even stronger business partner and thus accelerate the competitiveness of the entire company. Our range of topics is broad: from CFO strategy to process excellence, ERP systems, quality assurance, compliance, and data management. As an integrated Finance Transformation team, we ensure that all sub-projects along the entire value chain work together smoothly.
For our Transformation division , we are looking for you as a Manager Global Business Services (f/m/d) as soon as possible.
- Financial processes: As a manager with a focus on global business services, you are the first point of contact for the CFO and Head of Accounting when it comes to the question of how efficiency and digitalization potential in financial processes can be leveraged and bundled in a strategically and organizationally sensible way.
- Vision of the future: In addition to project work, your tasks include the further development of our consulting approaches and services with a focus on GBS and digital financial processes.
- Variety: Our broad customer portfolio and project assignments at home and abroad offer you excellent development opportunities with challenging and varied tasks.
- Responsibility: You work in highly motivated teams and, depending on your experience and qualifications, take responsibility for sub-projects or overall project management.
- You have completed your studies in economics (or a comparable course of study) with very good results.
- You are enthusiastic about the transformation of financial processes and holistic organizational consulting for finance departments.
- You have gained relevant practical experience (at least 5 years) in the organizational development of the finance function, accounting and/or controlling, in industry or in consulting. You have accompanied various issues from conception to implementation.
- You have (initial) experience in managing (sub-)projects and/or leading smaller teams. Ideally, you have (initial) sales/acquisition experience in consulting or industry.
- You feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and in a hybrid setup of remote work and travel.
- You can communicate perfectly and present confidently in both German and English.
