The FP&A Manager will play an integral role on the Tech Ops, Engineering, Cyber (TOEC) FP&A team, which oversees the consolidation and analysis of financial information (OCF, Capital, Headcount, Allocations) across multiple lines of business. The position offers unique exposure to strategic planning that has an enterprise-wide impact. This role will report to the VP of FP&A for Tech Ops, Engineering, Cyber and will manage the Capital and Allocation processes.
- Manage consolidation and analysis of $300M capital and $700M allocation portfolios
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, and provide regular reporting on financial performance, variances, and trends
- Identify and streamline system operations, reporting, and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with finance leads to tell an effective, concise, and consistent financial story
- Support Controllership and HQ FP&A in monthly and quarterly closes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial performance
- Build effective business partner relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Perform various ad-hoc analyses including variance analysis, sensitivities, and other requests from senior management

- Develop open communication and productive work relationships with senior leadership, operations leads, and the broader finance team
Basic Requirements
- BS/BA degree Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years public and/or private accounting or FP&A experience preferred
- Solid financial and analytical skills including the ability to create complex financial models and efficiently communicate results
- Proficient with MS Office Suite products – particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Accounting / GAAP knowledge
