• Strategic Financial Leadership – Oversee the financial operations of multiple properties within the Shared Services, ensuring financial stability, profitability, and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures to optimize revenue and drive financial growth.
• Lead and mentor finance teams across properties, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring adherence to financial standards, audits, and internal controls.

• Proven experience in multi-property financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis within the hospitality industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role or similar role, overseeing financial operations, ensuring adherence to international accounting standards, internal controls, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies.
