We are seeking an experienced AVP of Operations to oversee Global Business Services (GBS), driving operational excellence across Finance, HR, and centralized support services. • Lead global business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Optimize delivery models and implement best practices for efficiency across regions.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for GBS services.
• Lead innovation initiatives, adopting new technologies and methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Oversee teams across multiple locations (Cebu, Manila) and foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to meet operational goals.

• 20+ years of experience in operations, finance, HR, or centralized services.
• Proven leadership in multinational environments and managing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Expertise in financial management, process optimization, and technology adoption.
• Experience managing teams in global locations, such as Cebu and Manila.
