This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in shaping the associate experience while contributing to the success of a growing organization. As a key member of our Associate Success team, you will play a pivotal role in building a dynamic and thriving workplace culture.

HR Systems

  • Understand the business requirement & lead comprehensive digital transformation for the Associate Success Team to drive operational excellence & deliver a world class associate experience
  • Be a Subject Matter expert and design and implement end-to-end automation strategies and oversee the maintenance, and optimization of tools like ServiceNow, Workday, Chatbot etc.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline AS processes using technology to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Provide strategic direction related to Tools & technology and People Analytics.
  • Ensure Global AS data integrity and accuracy across all AS systems by establishing data governance practices.
  • Develop comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) & knowledge articles

Project Management

  • Lead Associate Success technology projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
  • Work with global cross functional teams to implement new features, resolve issues, and enhance system capabilities.
  • Create dashboard to present insights, metrics and analytics to the AS leadership to drive decisions and measure success.

Associate Success Operations

  • Lead the Associate Success Operations Team that manages payroll, labour compliance, Talent acquisition interview scheduling & coordination, and Onboarding of new hires.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) team to understand the hiring plans, establish robust operational protocols for TA coordinators & onboarding, optimize recruitment workflows to achieve hiring targets, and deliver an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience that elevates the organization’s talent acquisition capabilities.
  • Labor compliance & operations oversight, maintaining rigorous adherence to state-wise regulations & legal requirements.
  • 14+ years of experience in a global organization with expert-level knowledge of HR shared service delivery leveraging technologies and digital transformation strategies.
  • Change management expertise with proven ability to redesign complex organizational processes
  • Systems thinking approach to reimagining HR service delivery
  • Excellent communication, presentation, project management skills
  • Ability to derive insights from data, build dashboards for leaders & stakeholders and facilitate decision making.
  • Hands-on experience in Workday and ServiceNow service management platforms to drive technological enhancements and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for advanced data visualization and analytics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be results-focused and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with global teams, business partnering teams, talent acquisition, and business to become the trusted advisor to Stakeholders.
