We are looking for a seasoned HR Operations professional to join our client in Hyderabad/ Chennai.

  • Oversee HR Shared Services teams managing employee lifecycle processes, HR Helpdesk, and Workday operations across global regions.
  • Mentor teams, manage transitions, and deliver seamless service aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence through SLA/KPI management, process standardization, and automation.
  • Lead HR initiatives to enhance employee experience while ensuring stakeholder engagement and quality governance.
  • 15+ Years of experience within BPO/ KPO/ ITES/ Shared Services setup across the HR functions.
  • Proven experience in managing teams of 200+ individuals in HR Operations/ HR Shared Services/ HR Helpdesk.
  • Strong understaing of Hire-To-Retire/ E2E Employee Life Cycle.
  • Exposure working for the global markets.
  • Experience with HCM/ CRM such as Workday, Successfactors, Oracle, ServiceNow, Zendesk, EEP, EIC or similar tools.
  • Flexible working in US Shifts.
