The Finance Director will be responsible for financial accounting and forecasting, internal reporting, maintaining controls policy, and developing a strong working relationship with people and departments across the entire Warner Music Group organization whilst ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and SOX.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions
• Oversee all royalty processing including joint venture accounting and reporting, accounting for artist royalties and royalties reconciliations
• Be responsible for credit management
• Oversee taxation filing and liaise with WMG tax department when required
• Be responsible for strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows
• Oversee deal analysis, business strategy, and strategy execution
• Be responsible for policy compliance and internal controls
• Evaluate processes in order to reduce costs and improve effectiveness while being reactive to changes in business needs
• Measure and analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy
• Oversee statutory reporting and liaise with auditors when required
• Build and maintain relationships with other professionals and organizations in the industry
• Manage a local team of 5 employees
• Oversee facilities operations and business affairs matters

• BA of Accounting, Business Administration or Finance degree
• 8 – 10 + years in financial and commercial management
• Experience with ERP accounting systems; specifically SAP, S4HANA, and/or HFM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong business acumen & knowledge of general business practices
• Strong analytical skills
• Must be a self motivated, and take responsibility/ownership of tasks; must have the ability to proactively think outside the box, strategically and analytically; must consistently take initiative; must be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
