You will get the chance to collaborate with Product Managers, the Product Director, and across divisions to create a cohesive aligned strategy plan. This position will be within Product Strategy which is a shared service for all products within the Product Division.
- Set the product vision, high-level roadmap, and level of investment
- Identify industry and ATPCO value for recommended investments
- Monitor overall product health and collaborate with the Product Director and Product Managers to ensure the product is achieving the desired outcomes
- Monitor industry trends and evaluate impact to future product direction
- Engage with the Strategy Division and ensure that product strategies remain aligned with and contribute to achieving the corporate strategy
- Lead product steering and focus group sessions as assigned
- Prior experience working in airline merchandising/retailing related field
- Basic knowledge of tools to enable efficient product management and development such as Aha! and JIRA
- Experience delivering custom software within a product focused environment
- Excellent planning skills with the ability to demonstrate mature, solid, and professional problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter who is capable of creative and innovative thought and the ability to progress ideas from development through implementation
- Familiarity with the airline and wider transportation ecosystem, including key stakeholders, distribution channels, pricing, and retailing
- Knowledge of ATPCO data, systems, and products is preferred
