Our client is looking for a Procurement Transformation Leader who will lead large-scale transformation initiatives for clients across all industries, focusing on business model innovation, digital enablement, and operational excellence. You will be a trusted advisor to C-level executives, guiding them through complex transformations while expanding the consulting footprint.

• Lead Procurement Transformation – Shape and execute procurement transformation programs, redesigning Target Operating Models and integrating cutting-edge digital procurement solutions.
• Optimize Procurement Processes – Develop and implement strategies to enhance Source-to-Pay (S2P), strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and procurement operations.
• Drive Digital Procurement Innovation – Assess and recommend market-leading procurement technologies, including automation, analytics, and AI-driven sourcing tools.
• Enhance Procurement Operating Structures – Improve the performance of shared service centers, buying centers, decentralized procurement functions, and outsourcing agreements.
• Lead Cross-Functional Transformation Projects – Steer complex procurement transformation programs within broader enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Business Development & Client Advisory – Develop strategic partnerships with Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs) and other senior leaders, advising on digital transformation and operational improvements.
• Market Expansion & Thought Leadership – Identify and drive new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and innovations in procurement.
• Team Leadership & Capability Development – Build and mentor a high-performing team of procurement transformation experts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• 10+ years of consulting experience in leading procurement transformation projects within a consulting firm.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
• Expertise in Target Operating Model design, process reengineering, and digital transformation.
• Proven track record in optimizing procurement processes (Source-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay), selecting and implementing procurement technologies.
• Strong knowledge of procurement systems, including their functionalities and role in digital procurement transformation.
• Established network within the Swiss market
• Experience with business development, client relationship management and strong leadership capabilities
