Dover Operating Companies have been present in India for several years. India is today one of the key focus emerging markets for Dover globally. As part of its commitment to further invest and grow in India, Dover Corporation set-up a regional headquarter (RHQ) for India in Bangalore in 2011.
- Develop and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for HR Shared Services in alignment with organizational goals. Oversee end-to-end HR operations including Payroll & Taxation
- Ensure exceptional employee experiences through responsive, accurate, and consistent HR service delivery. Working with Functional leads, assist in establishing goals for staff to meet their functional objectives. Partner with a highly evolving and complex organization within a high paced and agile environment
- Effectively communicate with HR Operations Center staff, OpCos, and other departments. Handle complaints and other issues from internal and external customers. Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and compliance. Coach and develop the people managers on people management aspects and support teams to create a conducive and high performance environment.
- Ensure right staffing, resource allocation & shift patterns. Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business. Driving organizational effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives. Continuously improve HR operations by leveraging data, technology, and industry best practices. Monitor trends in HR technology and shared services to stay ahead of the curve. Implement robust service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and ensure accountability
- Manage the budget for HR Shared Services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money. Partner with leadership to expand services of HR Operations Center
