- Assist the HR Director in developing and implementing HR strategies, analyzing HR data, and providing a basis for decision-making to support the company’s business goals.
- Responsible for the planning, construction and daily operation management of the HR Shared Service Center (SSC), monitor SSC operating costs, formulate budgets and conduct cost-benefit analysis.
- Coordinate cross-regional cooperation, promote information sharing and the application of technical solutions, and ensure the consistency and compliance of HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the HR Shared Service Center (SSC) to ensure that established goals and key performance indicators are achieved.
- As the manager of the HR Shared Service Center, guide and develop team members to improve the team’s professional capabilities and service level.
- Assist in optimizing HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, etc.
- Work closely with business departments to understand business needs and provide customized HR solutions.
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in HR or HR-related majors.
- At least 7 years of HR work experience, including at least 2 years of experience in the construction and management of HR Shared Service Centers (SSCs).
- Familiar with the operation and management of various modules of human resources, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development.
- Proficient in the use of human resources information systems and office software, with SAP experience preferred.
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
