The Associate Director, Procurement Shared Services will report to the Associate Director, Corporate Procurement and lead the Procurement Shared Services team at the KL Hub. This role is responsible for overseeing Procurement operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellence in service delivery.

• Oversee the seamless transition of Procurement operations to the shared services center while ensuring operational excellence.
• Manage, upskill, and empower the team to maximize productivity, drive cost efficiency, and foster an inclusive company culture.
• Ensure the team adheres to high standards of procurement processes, compliance, and service delivery.
• Drive high customer satisfaction through strong service delivery, proactive risk mitigation, and process improvements.
• Work closely with Opco Procurement teams to enhance operational effectiveness and align with business growth strategies.
• Build an engaged and high-performing team through strong leadership, employee development, and workplace enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business partners to forecast needs and ensure alignment with overall company objectives and deadlines.

• Minimum of 8 years leadership roles in procurement operations or procurement shared services experience, preferably related to a Telco or IT environment.
• Advance experience in using procurement related solutions/applications e.g. Coupa, Ariba, SAP, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to set and manage expectations effectively.
• Proven track record of success in goal-oriented, high-accountability environments with tight deadlines.
• Ability to drive operational excellence, team development, and business transformation within a shared services model.
• This is a fully onsite role.
