The Director, Omnichannel Strategy is a transformative global role responsible for designing and delivering a new customer engagement model that optimally combines at-scale audience segmentation, personalized content, and omnichannel journeys to deliver a new global commercial capability. This role will align omnichannel strategy to content excellence and marketing excellence ensuring full integration across capabilities. Enterprise leader among peers in CSL, Seqirus and CSL Vifor. Interface with senior Marketing leadership to plan the evolution from global COE to global shared service. Integrate cutting edge data-science, statistical, and optimization technologies to provide best-in-class solutions
- Bring the vision of omnichannel strategy to life by building a global capability via people, process and technology
- Deliver omnichannel subject matter expertise, thought leadership, and implementation strategy to CSL Behring
- Drive the selection and implementation of the core omnichannel platform
- Lead selection and implementation of global technology and service solutions to support omnichannel implementation
- Develop global roadmap and prepare platform, processes and people in the organization to enable Omnichannel customer engagement as a capability
- Collaborate with Content Excellence to contribute to the development of a global content supply chain to support omnichannel execution
- Establish and track KPIs that measure the efficiency and output of omnichannel engagement, in addition to the commercial impact via savings and revenue
- Responsible for communicating, influencing, and collaborating with above-market and in-market functional leaders, I&T Commercial Applications team, data-science and analytics partners, platform partners, digital capability leads, CSL Seqirus and CSL Vifor peers
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or business field
- 10 plus years commercial experience in the pharma/biotech industry, with experience in omnichannel strategy, data-science, optimization and statistics
- Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with CSL leaders and key external stakeholders.
- Dynamic leader who can transform vision into action and influence commercial leaders across the organization
- Knowledge of relevant business, legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Multiple years’ experience leading and managing teams in an international environment and with matrixed, cross-functional teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with global regulations and cultural nuances
- Experience leading impactful change across an organization
