As the HR Business Services Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our HR services. In this senior-level role, you will set strategic and organizational goals that will have an immediate and lasting impact on our company. You will operate globally, with a specific focus on enhancing HR services in the Americas, while collaborating as part of a dynamic global team. Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, Global HR Services, this role will impact a headcount of 21,000 employees, making your contributions vital to our success.
- Strategic Leadership: Set and align regional HR strategies with our global objectives, ensuring that every initiative supports our vision for success.
- Organizational Goal Alignment: Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish clear goals that foster alignment across teams and drive collective success.
- Innovative Solution Design: Embrace a forward-thinking mindset to create practical HR solutions that are ready for implementation, addressing the evolving needs of our workforce.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global leaders, ensuring that HR initiatives receive the necessary support and alignment.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient delivery of HR services, ensuring adherence to corporate standards while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of HR services and identify areas for enhancement.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of 7 direct reports who are People Leaders across our key business units and sites in the Americas. Your direct reports will oversee a diverse team of HR Specialists and Generalists across the Americas, ensuring effective HR service delivery that is tailored to the unique needs of each location.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years working alongside senior leaders.
- Broad HR experience at a multi-country level, specifically with domain knowledge in Labor Relations, Employee Relations and Performance Management.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations efficiently and effectively.
- Experienced people leader with a strong background in hiring and building high-performing teams.
- Exceptional people, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence and enhance HR service delivery.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make quick and confident decisions.
