We are seeking an HR Shared Services Manager for our newly set up Service Delivery Organisation (SDO) in Malaysia.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Shared Services and be involved in our Service Delivery Center transition projects across the APAC region.
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and guide team members.
- Monitor and manage HR cases: Ensure cases are assigned and processed within SLA and in compliance, intervene where necessary.
- Case management: Ensure accuracy and review/approve cases or tasks assigned.
Subject Matter Expert
- Provide guidance to team members and act as a point of escalation for complex and critical processing or where particular judgment needs to be applied to achieve a solution.
Operational Excellence
- Review service quality and performance, analyze and identify improvement plans or continuous improvement.
HR Transformation / Project
- Participate in HR projects as part of the HR transformation program, plus ad-hoc in relation to business requirements.
- 8+ years experience in HR Shared Services organization.
- 4+ years managerial experience.
- Able to share knowledge with others in a coaching style that drives performance.
- Able to work towards tight deadlines with high volumes and conflicting demands.
- Responds positively to change and remains focused on aspects that can be influenced.
- Proactive approach, seeking to go the extra mile for the customer within the service model.
