The Head of HR Shared Services oversees a shared services center’s daily operations and strategic management. This role involves leading a team to ensure efficient service delivery, maintain high customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Align site goals with overall company objectives and drive initiatives to achieve them.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve long-term goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the site’s budget and financial performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant improvements.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a managerial role within shared services or a similar environment.
- Background in HR shared services is highly preferred.
Working Conditions
