As the General Manager Consumer Experience, you will be the driving force behind Asahi Beverages’ consumer strategy, shaping how we engage, delight, and serve our consumers across our multi-beverage portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this is a strategic leadership role where you will pioneer modern marketing practices, leverage data-driven insights, and build a future-focused consumer experience strategy. Your work will fuel our ambition to be the most loved beverage portfolio in Oceania, setting new benchmarks for consumer engagement, digital transformation, and commercial partnerships.
- Lead and evolve our Consumer Experience strategy, embedding cutting-edge digital marketing, creative excellence, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Own and drive the Consumer Data Strategy, unlocking the power of consumer data, segmentation, and audience insights to create competitive advantages.
- Spearhead the transformation of Marketing Shared Services, ensuring our media, digital, and creative strategies drive market leadership.
- Oversee our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platforms, setting the vision and strategy for future growth, commercial innovation and consumer connection.
- Develop and execute the multi-beverage commercial partnerships strategy, securing high-value agreements and strengthening relationships with key partners.
- Lead a diverse and high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and creative excellence.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, agencies, and media partners, positioning Asahi as a leader in consumer engagement and brand experience.
- A visionary thought leader with over 10 years of marketing leadership experience driving success in large-scale, matrixed organizations within FMCG, the beverage industry or other relevant industries.
- Proven expertise in marketing, commercial strategy, and consumer engagement, with a passion for delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
- Strong digital acumen with experience in data-driven marketing, media strategy, and digital transformation.
- A creative and strategic thinker who can inspire teams, drive business impact, and push the boundaries of innovation.
