Reporting into Board level, this senior leadership appointment will have the opportunity to work with one of the UK’s most prestigious brands, as they undergo significant transformation. This is a direct report to Group CIO and will lead a function of 150+ with budgets more than £100m.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT service integration strategy and roadmap – this will consist of both internal and 3rd party teams.
• Responsible for IT services across the entire brand, focused on high quality services
• Translate group portfolio into IT Service specific needs
• Responsible for implementing IT Tooling across the org
• Large scale vendor management
• Leading large teams of 100+ through direct reports
• Budget more than £100m

• Must have recently led a large IT function, with ultimate accountability for a function (100 min)
• Direct budget responsibility, need to have held £80m+
• Strong ITSM background, from design > implementation (likely SIAM / ITIL / COBIT certified)
• Experience building and owning standards, roadmaps and governance
